2-3 cans tuna or 1 can (15 oz) pink salmon (drained)
1 egg
½ onion (finely chopped)
1 cup bread crumbs
Cooking oil
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high.
Mix together tuna/salmon, egg, onion, and a small bit of bread crumbs. Form into patties and coat with more bread crumbs. Fry until brown and place on paper towels to drain and cool.
Serve warm with remoulade sauce.
