6 tbsp ranch dressing
6 tbsp dijon mustard
½ unsalted pretzel crumbs
2 tbsp minced onion
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine 5 tbsp dijon mustard with 1 tbsp ranch dresing in small bowl. Mix onion and pretzel crumbs in another bowl.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with mustard mixture and roll in pretzel crumbs. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
Blend remaining dijon mustard and ranch dressing. Drizzle over chicken just before serving.
