Parmesan Tilapia

¾ lb tilapia fillets
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp softened butter
2 tsbp mayonnaise
2½ tsp fresh lemon juice
Dash dried basil
Dash black pepper
Dash onion powder
Dash celery salt

Preheat oven to broil.  Grease broiler pan or line with foil.

In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.  Add spices and mix well, then set aside.

Arrange tilapia fillets in a single layer on the broiler pan.  Broil a few inches under the heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.  Remove fillets and cover with sauce mixture.  Broil 2 more minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
