Mom's Lasagna

8 oz lasagna
16 oz cottage cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cups spaghetti sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°.  Cook lasagna according to package directions.

Mix cottage cheese, egg, and ¾ cup parmesan cheese.  Spread 1 cup sauce in the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.

Layer 1/3 of the noodles, ½ of the cottage cheese mixture, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1 cup sauce.  Repeat for second layer.  Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.

Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.  Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.  Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
