2 pkgs crescent rolls (unbaked)
1½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg (separated)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a 9x13" pan, layer one package of crescent rolls, pinching seams and spreading completely to cover pan.
Beat sugar, vanilla, cream cheese, and egg yolk. Pour over crust. Top with second layer of crescent rolls. Lightly beat egg white and brush over top. Combine cinnamon, sugar, and nuts and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Chill before serving.
