1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
3 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1½ cup water
24 large marshmallows
14 oz shredded coconut
1½ cup milk
2 cups sugar
5 tbsp butter
16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven according to directions on cake mix package.
Combine dry cake mix and dry pudding mix. Add eggs, water, and oil and mix at low speed for 3 minutes.
Bake cake according to package directions.
While cake is baking, heat marshmallows, coconut, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat until marshmallows melt. Spread marshmallow topping over warm cake.
Combine butter, ½ cup milk, and 1 cup sugar in sauce pan over high heat. Bring to boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and smooth. Spread over marshmallow topping while hot.
Refrigerate cake to set before serving.
