1 cup self-rising flour
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped peanuts
8 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix flour, butter, and nuts. Press into baking dish to form crust.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Mix cream cheese and sugar and spread over crust. Add pie filling followed by cool whip. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Chill before serving.
