1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
1½ sticks butter (melted)
1 cup evaporated milk
1 bag Kraft caramels
1 cup chocolate chips
Chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine cake mix, butter, and ⅔ cup evaporated milk. Pour ½ of the mixture into a 9x13" pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Melt caramels with ⅓ cup evaporated milk. Spread over warm cake. Top with chocolate chips. Add remaining cake mixture and sprinkle chopped nuts on op.
Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
