1 large or 2 small cans pumpkin
2 can (14 oz ea) sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Prepared pie crust
Preheat oven to 425°.
Mix pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, and spice. Pour into 2 prepared pie crusts.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake another 40 minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
Makes 2 pies.
