Crock Pot Chili

1 lb ground beef or pork
1 lb stew meat
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 cans kidney or pinto beans (drained)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
2-3 ribs celery (chopped)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
3 tsp chili powder
Cayenne pepper to taste

Brown meat in a large skillet and drain grease.  Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cover.

Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until done.  Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crackers or crusty bread.
