1 stick butter
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1¼ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp paprika
Cream butter with cheese until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients and knead softly to form a soft dough. Roll about 1 tsp at a time into marble-sized balls and place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until firm and golden brown. Serve warm.
