3 small plum tomatoes (sliced)
Salt and pepper
⅓ cup jarred pesto sauce
½ cup corn
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp sugar
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced)
3 tbsp fresh basil (coarsely chopped)
Prepared pizza crust
Preheat oven to 450°.
Place tomato slices on paper towels and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let sit 20 minutes to drain.
Spread pesto over prepared pizza crust. Stir together corn, parmesan cheese, and sugar. Top pizza with corn mixture, tomatoes, and mozzarella slices.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with basil before serving.
