32 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz real bacon bits
2 packets ranch dressing mix
2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes (shredded)
Preheat oven to 400°.Combine first four ingredients, then mix in hash browns. Spread into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake 45-60 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy on top.
