1 stick butter (softened)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 egg
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°.
Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light. Add egg and mix until fluffy.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture, then stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
