4 tomatoes (peeled and sliced)
10 fresh basil leaves (chopped)
½ cup green onion (chopped)
9 inch deep dish pie shell (pre-baked)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place tomatoes in colander and sprinkle with salt. Drain for 10 minutes.
Layer tomato slices, basil, and onion in pie shell. Season with salt and pepper. Mix cheese with mayonnaise and spread over tomatoes.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
