2 cans (16 oz) pork and beans
1 large onion (diced)
3 tbsp yellow mustard
¼ maple syrup
¼ light brown sugar
4 tbsp catsup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 lb bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake covered at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
