Ham, Cheese, and Spinach Quiche

9-inch deep dish pie crust (unbaked)
2 slices Swiss cheese
½ cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup cooked ham (diced)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 cup half & half
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°.

Place two slices Swiss cheese in bottom of pie crust.  Cover with a layer of spinach leaves, followed by diced ham and cheddar cheese.

In a bowl, beat together the eggs and half & half.  Add flour and salt and mix well.  Pour egg mixture over ingredients in the pie crust.

Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until surface is golden brown.  Cool slightly before serving.
