2 lbs beef stew meat (cubed)
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 bay leaf
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 onion (chopped)
1½ cups beef broth
3 potatoes (diced)
4 carrots (sliced)
1 rib celery (chopped)
Toss beef cubes with flour, salt, and pepper. Place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
